1. Return Eligibility

You may return items within 14 days of delivery. Items must be:

• Unused and unworn

• In original packaging with all tags attached

• With original label/tag preserved

• Free from damage (unless defective upon arrival)

2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain products such as underwear and swimwear cannot be returned unless defective.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact us at diberbera.info@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide instructions for shipping the item back.

4. Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or we shipped the wrong product.

5. Refund Processing

Refunds will be issued within 7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. The refund will be processed to the original payment method.

6. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for defective or incorrect items only. For other cases, please return the item for a refund and place a new order.
